Volunteer drivers pick up extra food from partner food vendors and redirect the food to local humanitarian agencies. Event volunteers help set up and run community events

Engage the university community on issues like climate change, food security, biodiversity and energy future. Opportunities include Recycling Street Team, Student Sustainability Summit, and Sustainable Development Goals team.

Take part in various projects that work towards a green and peaceful future. Projects include deafening the amazon rainforest, stopping palm oil deforestation, and breaking free from plastic.

Actively engage park visitors and contribute to safer visits, richer experiences, and a greater sense of community in our parks and campgrounds.

Volunteering could include planting trees, raising awareness, providing transportation, and/or assisting with other daily-tasks.

Volunteer at events such as Lake Watch, and Alberta Water Quality Awareness Day. You can also develop a program or partnership involving monitoring or lake watershed planning.

Lead hikes, help maintain the trails, or even become a a member of the board or administration.
